Penti Problem.png
What Was the Problem?

A major need in Penti stores was presenting campaign, collection, and product communication with the same visual integrity across different touchpoints of the store. Cashier backdrops, display windows, entrance areas, stair surroundings, and product categories could not be utilized effectively enough through traditional visual applications.

Renewing content with physical materials created time and operational burdens.

Additionally, there was a need for flexible digital screen solutions that could adapt to architectural surfaces of different sizes and forms, supporting in-store customer flow.

How Did We Solve It?

In the digital transformation project developed for Penti stores, holistic screen solutions carrying brand communication to all touchpoints of the store were applied. Cashier backdrops, store entrances, display windows, product categories, stair surroundings, and special architectural surfaces were digitized with large-format, portrait, landscape, and curved LED screen systems suitable for the usage scenario.

Thanks to screens custom-sized for the project, campaign, new collection, product, and brand contents were presented in a dynamic structure integrated with store architecture. Centralized content management enabled fast and consistent updates of broadcasts across different stores, while high image quality and striking screen placements strengthened the customer experience.

Thus, Penti's visual identity was transformed into a digital communication language from inside the store to the display window and facade.

Stretch Screen
Stretch Screen

Stretch screen solutions were used to use narrow and horizontal architectural areas located above product categories in Penti stores for digital communication purposes. Thanks to the ultra-wide screen format, new season, collection, product feature, and campaign contents were presented in a striking manner without disturbing the store layout.

Its compact structure enabled stretch screens to be applied to shelf tops and custom-sized surfaces where standard screens are not suitable.

Android media player solutions were preferred to centrally and sustainably manage the content of digital screens used in stores. Remote planning, updating, and distribution of campaign, collection, and corporate content to different screens were achieved.

Thus, broadcasts in Penti stores became up-to-date and consistent, while reducing the need for physical content replacement and the workload generated in store operations.
